Not sure about the circumstances behind this, other than it being from the Olympics. It was apparently in some image collage on AOL news.

Nope, nope and nope (ok, maybe mexican, but he doesn't look like one). My guess is Bulgarian, the colours and the horizontal stripes are just right.
