There is an extensive article, along with two hi-res pictures: one from the POV of the camera itself, milliseconds before its destruction, and a picture of the camera meeting its end, taken from another camera on-location.

Wow, that's a pretty cool shot. It almost looks like a screenshot from a video game with the blur.
