Um, since both the mods are currently in agreement about some retconning, might it not be prudent to put some of this on hold until the treaty negotiations can be re-done? It's rather difficult to escalate hostilities until we hit the point of escalation, you know?

and... a 4 foot lizard could have snuck through customs... how? SUre, they hard to spot if they stay still... Much like it is somewhat hard to have secret agents in our territory, you cant sneak in, and we track all visitors(forthat very reason) Surley if they didnt sneak in, you could check your records and find out if someone didnt leave...

How would they stay undiscovered? That's the disadvantage to trying to spy on a nation that does not include your species; they're a bunch of four foot tall lizards. There's no way a bunch of them could evade you for this long.

This might stun you both, but despite the Japanese being largely 4 foot tall, rather yellowish individuals demonized by the media of the time, the Empire of Japan maintained intelligence in the United States. This is because anyone will turn stag for enough jink and garnish.(You can bribe someone into being a traitor.)

1.) He gave me control of the UP in his absence until his computer is fixed.

2.) I fronted a large chunk of the cash for the intel, so I would get to see it. Ditto the Draconis; it will be copied to them soon.

Rogue9, The BIC has offices in Nashtar space, but you have no authority over the corporation itself- it's an extragovernmental entity. The agents have all been transferred out of the Republic. you'll need to go tooling about in independent nations to get these guys.
