Romulus looks gorgeous. Parks, towers, and flowing water everywhere!
However I think it falls under, great place to visit, poor place to live.

I voted for Coruscant there was something about the scene where the buildings are pocking out of the clouds. That scene was so sweet

i would go with romulus, but i don't like the romulans. i like coruscant, though.
It is not well for one to trifle in the affairs of the ancient Chinese generals, for they have a tendency to send armies of tens of thousands of warriors after those who challenge them.
It's either Alderaan or Cloud City, with Alderaan slightly ahead...

With Alderaan second...I like Aldy's green landscape and blue skies but that isn't architecture! lol

I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season."
Coruscant
Modern Earth
Alderaan
Cloud City
Naboo
Romulas

I have to go with Alderaan, I love the ivory buildings and the slightly organic look. It definately looks like a planet of peace. Followed clsoely behind by Romulus. I love that Roman look and the colors are just gorgeous. Hard to believe that such a drab race comes from there.
BTW Where did you get the images for Alderaan, I wasn't aware that there were any images of the planet anywhere. I'm assuming the images of Romulus come from Nemesis.
Wherever you go, there you are.

I'd go with Romulus, closely followed by Cloud City for best architecture. Coruscant is too crowded and I don't like Alderaan as it appears in the image.

I like Naboo. It's government buildings are are cool looking plus I like how they've allowed so much of the natural environment to remain.
Corusant is very impressive looking except for some of the areas that have been allowed to decay. I do think I'd like spending a fair amount of time there but I'd miss the natural environment like they have on Naboo if I spent all my time there.
I also like Romulas but I too would rather not live there.

its really a near tie with Alderaan and Cloud City. Each just has these wonderful curves and rising towers that don't really break the overall outline. Coruscant comes close but those towers just sticking up everywhere tend to break up the nce smooth asethic. The only tie-breaker here is that I like the ivory columns of Alderaan oer the more smooth ceramic look of cloud city.

I don't knwo, with the soaring eagle and the huge columns I think they really are playing off the image of Rome.

But look at the water and the circles and the plains and the trees. I think it's pretty self evidently designed to look like Atlantis. That's not, of course, to say that that makes it any less cool.

you know it could be both as Rome was originally built with a circular motif. The mythical city of Atlantis had 3 ring with center on being made up of canals.

By 'best' do you mean the coolest looking or best engineering. Coruscant is definitely the latter.
Alderaan up close and personal is something I would REALLY love to see in ep 3. That and a BDZ somewhere.

It think Best means a little of both of those things. AKA who makes the best buildings and has the best motifs.
