EDIT: Also, why the Hell does a Stardestroyer need a Deck Department? Chemistry hasn't advanced to the point where paintjobs on starships are exceedingly long lasting?

Actually, Chief Bucher sounds like a good candidate to be reassigned to the galley spaces and placed in charge of the Juice Dispensers.

Because shit work still needs to be done even in SW.

Supervising the droids, checking the lifepods, etc it's a lot less
physical than in the Wet Navies but someone still has to walk all
over and make sure everything is working and fix stuff that the
droids can't reach.

On a 1.6 km ship this is no easy task, especially with 150 decks:twisted:
