I'm going to just have to roll some dice. There's no way I can really pick, although Fey comes very, very close to winning it hands down.

Though I'm kind of surprised how many women we have here, given the reputation that we have as geeks. Then again, the proportion of women to men is still pretty bad, so...

Well it's barely above 1:100 right now so it could use a lot of work, 1:50 would be a good target to aim for next.
