How many missles are you launching and I'd like a rundown on the missles, are they uber missles? Crappy missles? What?

I believe most are aware of my missles level of effectiveness, has usually 1/3 of my slavo is made up of missles that are devoted to Eletronic warfare.

Maybe this comes as a totally new concept to you, but
a) you don't always win.
b) other players may do things that make you look bad. That is no excuse for just hand-waving that away in your favour.

According to my OOB, my missile frigates are escorts that are lightly armed and have 10 launchers each. The large number of tubes per small vessel makes these slightly weaker than normal. I have 40 missile frigates in system, so that is 400 coming at you. Seeing the small force you have, that's probably pretty high casualties on the first round, but you get to call damage.

Frigid, you do have excellent missile armament, but the throw weight of a unit as small as yours, a tiny fraction of the size of the opposing fleet, will be shot down almost to the last projectile. You are drastically outnumbered, and will likely lose this without taking down more than a frigate or two.

Oh, and to clarify, this attack is being ordered in response to the decleration of war by the Draconis Republic and the massed mobilization of the Nashtar fleet (There is historical precedent for this.). Your ships might not have been attacked, but you opened fire already, so...

I was referring to the UP. Your nation's mobilization is a clear threat, and combined with the Draconis declaration, is being counted as a tacit declaration of war.

Correction Thridfain, Bugsby had already launched missles. This is a hostile act and returning fire falls under self defense. Has such, you have fired on nations that did not declare hostilies yet, via your proxies the Krell.

Um, Thirdfain? As I read Bugsby's post, the Krell opened fire first with missiles. That's hostile action, and it was in the direct vicinity of the UP ships. There's not really any reason that the UP wouldn't suspect those missiles wouldn't be coming their way.

They were in close military support of a nation which has tacitly declared war on the Hajr. If they are close enough that the targets can't be picked out, it's a moot point.

He's right. The Krell came in with a fully equipped line of battle whereas the heaviest vessel on the UPA side is a cruiser. This is a mismatch and the only option is to cut losses and run.

They are spread evenly between you and Nashtar. So 200 each. You can survive the first wave.
