I think she was in the first episode of Cowboy Bebop. She was the girlfriend of a drug dealer who was addicted to a drug called Red Eye. Spike, the main character, flirted with her a little.

Yep, She was there first Epsode, Stoped the Drug Dealer from Chocking Spike then later kills him(The Drug Dealer)
