The Toronto incident was something the guy did on several occassion to the same window. It was hist regular stunt. The damage accumulated until splat time.

Umm, I think the point is that you must make sure the gun is not pointed at anyone (including yourself) unless you are ALREADY sure that it isn't loaded, and preferably not even then. The fact that he had the thing pointed at his leg while checking it to see if it was loaded is precisely why he's an idiot.

Whoopsie, didn't know he was checking it at the time, although it seemed this guy had assumed the gun was unloaded when I breezed through the post
