Does any one know if a ysalamiri would be able to defeat Q or take away his powers?

Depends on where the Q get their powers from

If they are nothing more than clever fakers with highly advanced technology and some mental powers then no

If they are highly advanced mentalists who can bend reality with their minds then no

If they are as they claim gods, then no

If they happen to be super advanced force users then yes

So one in four short it would be anything but a unmoving smelly lizard to the Q, and a long shot at that
