How often do you defragment your harddrive?

My earlier post refers to my Windows computer. My Mac I defrag constantly, since it automatically does it in the background

I defrag it every time I backup my porn onto CDR's, so it all depends on how much porn I download. Ranges from once a month to once a year.

yup. i´ve never had any problems with my hard drive. in fact i´ve never had any problems with the computer at all.

About once a month just to be safe.

Seriously I could probably do it less, but eh.
