Rebellion?

(*trys to vaugly to remeber)
Hmm that was a strategly game right?
Yes it was kinda real time Stratargy game like that other one, the one that
AAAAAAAAAAARGGGGGH FORCE-COMMANDER MY EYES< MY EYES I REMENER IT ALLL
The pain..........

(Deeep Breaths)
Ok ok, I'm fine, oh and one intresting thing is that on Gamespy.com Playing Force-Commander VS Poking yourself in the eye with a sharp pointy Stick, Pointy Stick won, 69.5% to 30.5%
http://gamespy.com/instapoll/poll.asp?p ... tvote=true

Naa I'd much rather have a Home-World Style Game, Just minus the reasonource gathering and more like say Micro-softs Close Combat Series

Now that would be good

Very cool game...if there is a Rebellion II the graphics now must be awesome.

Cyaruond,
Jason
P.S.- I was addicted to the first one and BEAN.. FORCE COMMANDER SUX. Isn't it annoying when u anticipate a game will be good but really sux?
I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season."

Rebellion II would be sweet, as long as it's done right. Personally, I think LucasArts should take a cue from these guys. They put together an awesome Star Wars mod for Homeworld. This is what Star Wars space combat should be like. Also, for the strategy aspect, this is pretty cool. I'm not sure exactly how it would be applied to a single-player campaign, but it should be like this, IMHO.

Anyway, enough ranting. :D

Rebellion 2 would be very cool.
But I'd probably have to learn the Death Star Rush all over again. :D

You gotta love that feeling after you wipe out the biggest fleet the rebels could put together with your death star.

For the one looking for a Homeworld-style SW game...

Download Zeelich's SW Mod, and install it. Select I Hate Harvesting as the game type, and play.

Apparently some people have been readin the spacebattles.com board. Usually I'd say let that slimy piece of worm ridden filth stay dead, but if LA does what they've done with JK II, GB and Galaxies and let other groups develop it, it might just work. I'm talking about award winning groups at that.

I never used those cheat tools... So dull, really.

My favorite end-game setup, which scared the piss out of the guy I was playing.

Coruscant: 50 ISD-II's, Death Star 'Killing Time', Death Star Shield, massive garrison, commanded by General Veers.

Main attack fleet: 25 ISD-II's, 20 Attack Carriers, 30 Lancers, SSD Emporer's Wrath, SSD Emporer's Mercy, Death Star Attitude Adjuster, all stuffed with Dark Troopers and TIE Defenders, commanded by Sith Lord Thrawn.
