Notice how he never did defend his idiotic equation of criminal and civil law or admit error, preferring to shift gears to "engineering degrees are stupid!" and "I'm being persecuted!"

But it doesn't matter; he's history.

Again, it appears that the "here" he was referring to in that statement was HoS and the show trial, not the board in general.

Even in that perspective of him being in the HoS gives him no right to annoy people regardless.

When you start actually annoying others as he showed, you get HoSed. Saying that it's your right just solidifies the fact that he wasn't just doing it to be pithy but had intent.

Naturally, which is why I said it was no more out-of-context than what he's done to others. Besides, the statement is inadvertently true; name one thing he's done here besides irritate people.

I would say that a lot of n00bs have somehow gotten the idea that they can make themselves immune from banning by pre-emptively accusing the staff of abuse of power, just as ex-members are now whining about on whatever dark corners of the Internet they've scurried to. I'm not sure where they get that idea; if anything, an asshole trying to warn me that I'd better not use the banstick or he'll accuse me of abusing my power will get that banstick shoved up his ass.

The way to avoid the banstick is to either discuss things cordially or observe the rules of logic if you get into a flamewar or a heated debate, not to try and play politics. I despise people who try to play politics.

These fuckheads have to understand something: I don't owe anyone jack shit, except for my moderators and admins to whom I owe a debt of gratitude for their hard work. If some jackass tries to enter a private club and tell the owner that he doesn't think the rules are fair or that they've always been consistently enforced, that's just too fucking bad. It's a private club! If I choose to give somebody a free pass on a rule violation because I like him, while shoving a similar rule violation up somebody else's ass, it's my right to do so and people who think they can score political points by trying to catch me in the act will discover the stupidity of trying to play politics in a one-party system.

He's just afraid because he makes no attempt whatsoever to observe any kind of rules of logic (his anti-porn false analogy fallacies could be piled high enough to reach the clouds), and he didn't realize until now that his particular style of no-logic debating is actually considered an offense around here, so he seeks to classify rudeness and no-logic debating as the same thing.

Why are the bans coming faster? I'd say it's because we've got a lot of members now as it is. We're not hurting for more. Trolls get caught faster and the people who have been here contributing since the beginning are tired of putting up with dip-shits. If you're new and a good person, you have nothing to fear. That has been proven time and again. If you're a troll, you will find quickly that no one here is going to put up with you.

I never read the Adultary thread but ss for the PD, I encourage anyone defending this guy to read the entire thread, not just his cuts. It is painfully obvious that he missed the entire fucking point of the discussion and started flaming people because they told him so.
