Radioactive Dragons in D&D

Post by Majin Gojira »

Anyone have any information on Radioactive Dragons in D&D. I've heard rumors to such creatues and am curious as to where to find information on them.

Justice League- Molly Hayes: Respect Hats or Freakin' Else!

Supernatural Taisen - "[This Story] is essentially "Wouldn't it be awesome if this happened?" Followed by explosions."

Reviewing movies is a lot like Paleontology: The Evidence is there...but no one seems to agree upon it.

You now face, the GREAT PLUTONIUM DRAGON! He explodes, leveling everything in a 20 miles radius, game over.

I've never used them, but if i did, i would just make them mutant dragons or somthing.

The problem is, my character in a current campaign who began as a simple Lizardfolk Barbarian, has become a Monster of Legend and now...has become a Atomic Dragon of some sort through bizzare events involving various pantheons, the World Egg and other things.

(Our group's Pixie Sorcerer is worse off. He/She/It (it's changedf genders and is now a hermaphrodite, who has seen through the eyes of Azathoth. No, Really. It gave mind to the mindless one!)

Radiation dragon? They're from Dragonstar, I think. Couldn't tell you where to find a copy of the stuff to see the stats, though.

My dream is to someday create a Metallic dragon for all the metals on the periodic table and a Chromatic dragon for every color in the 32-bit color pallet.

Come on, who wants to see the majestic Seaborgium Dragon square off against the dreaded #C37D22 Dragon?

Plutonium Dragon is from Munchkin, not D&D. Although there has been a Munchkin d20 released by Steve Jackson Games...

How about a Francium dragon, who lives only due to a constant projection of magic to keep away dihydromonoxide molocules.

Blast the sucker with a powerful enough water elemental spell to get through it's defense, and...

A radioactive dragon? That's even more bizarre than the cyborg dragon I had created. It was a huge red with gnomish implants. It was sick. Didn't think of radiation, though

Hackmaster already has a Periodic Elemental, so its not too ridiculous a stretch.

I must report that the Radiation Dragon was not found within the pages of my DragonStar books (Starfarer's Handbook, Guide to the Galaxy, Galaxtic races). However, Radiation Elementals were found in the Guide to the Galaxy has were Space and Star Dragons.

Hrm. Didn't the Star Dragon emit a line of radiation? That could be where I got confused.

In short, your DM is fucking with your head and probably made it up.

Fucking with you is part of the job (and I should know). In my campaigns having ranks in certain knowledge skills can alleviate the damage (ability to recognize NPC bullshit).

I own the Munchkin D20 book. It is a joke release and a complete laugh riot. I highly recommend browsing through it if you see it.

my favorite was the protodragon....

a non metallic/non chromantic Neutral aligned natrually camoflauged (chemelon like), septic bite, and could spew it's highly acidic, highly flamable somach acid. They can cast druid type spells....

Wasn't there something akin to a radiation dragon back in the days of Gamma World?

Oh you mean that mutant monitor lizard with radiation+plasma breath, he's limited to stepping on terminators and taking the ruins of Gamma Toyko doggy style....

I remember running across a D&D conversion where someone converted a bunch of the Godzilla and Gamera monsters into a new Pantheon
