I believe it's been made quite clear what I think of psychology. But with enough indoctrination, virtually anything is possible. I know an astrophysics PROFESSOR who denies evolution too.

I don't know how someone could even be human without an acceptance of logical processes and reasoning. She's either almost totally mindless and without will (I wonder how she'd take my 'social constructs perpetuate lies' downward-spiral argument towards Nihilism), or she's choosing blackwhite to ignore the faults engrained into he skull.

I don't think soemone like that can learn. All they have is their book to give them rational conclusions, morals, and purpose, as they either can't or won't do such things on their own (this, I feel, is society's greatest prolem). They abosolutely have to be mindlessly ignorant about opposing evidence, otherwise everything they've built upon will colapse, and they will have nothing. That's really sad, if you think about it.
