Eww. Only if our mutual friend was a pretty girl and my g/f swung that way.......but no. Nothing happened (or will happen) except for proclamations of how gory that movie was.

But, I did warn them.
Oh. Ok.

Eh, I watched some movies, listened to some tunes, no biggie.

Kinda hard to have Halloween in a dorm.
ditto for me too, I was sick to boot

Basically, I went as Neo from The Matrix. The costume was a simple matter of getting black pants and a black shirt. I already had the leather trenchcoat.

A bunch of my friends and I went out to a bar, making sure to get glossed beforehand, considering we're all under 21. My friend Eric's girlfriend got dressed up as a devil ... a very, very convincing one, at that. :)

About 4 guys I knew dressed up as girls. One of them won second-place at the bar's costume contest and $100. Not bad for him.

Then today I had a multivariable Calculus quiz at 9:00am. I went to bed at about 2:30am. I woke up nice, primed and wired, ready for a morning jog and to tackle those extrema problems!

Unfortunately, I completely forgot how to do LaGrange multipliers, something that I'm a goddamn champion at, but for some reason, I remembered how to do unconstrained extrema, something I usually suck at.

Then there was a Reimann Sum which I fucked up royally by using a 2 for Delta x instead of 3. Duh, good one, moron.

All in all, a good Halloween. It's not over yet, though. There's still the weekend. And next year, it falls on a Friday. :)

over the last week i had 3 ideas for a costume: terrorist (turban, crappy clothes, WW2 german mauser rifle stock), character from the matrix (black shirt, black pants, trenchcoat, plasma rifle prop and 2 pistols), and the one i went as which consisted of a black hooded cloak and the plasma rifle prop.

what i did last night: had friends over, went out scaring for an hour (got like a pound of candy too), my natural ability to hide in plain sight, even in daylight, was added to by the black cloak and i managed to scare someone real good without even trying, i simply walked out of a driveway then i passed under a light and let them see me. (those 4 people were not right the rest of the night, i kept running into them) scared a couple others later. the kid down the street decided he was going to try and break the plasma rifle prop using a plastic great axe, he learned the hardway (once again) that when i build things, they work. :D it was funny, he said: "mine's better than that fake gun thing." then swung at it, i parried with the triblade on the front and he lunged forward at me, got poked by the blades and jumped back with a nice yelp and some more commentary: "What the hell dude, that's real, not cool." my simple responce: "Mitch, you of all people should know how i do things, if it has blades, they're real." then i walked into the shadows and up the hill to get some food, ran into the 4 from earlier about 3 times, and put a hole in a guy's door by accident with the blades. btw, mitch had earlier given me a lecture on not carrying a gun-like thing with a laser on it and wearing a black cloak this soon after the sniper attacks. i do think a few people got spooked when i aimed it at their cars. :D and a couple of neighbors tried to push their whole candy pile on me, i woulda taken them up on it had i had a bag...i went mainly to scare people, not get food. :D

got a lot of compliments on the prop. i jokingly told my mom: "leave it to the gay guy to have the coolest costume and accessories" which elicited a punch on the shoulder from her.

i'll be posting pics of the plasma rifle later on, it's actually only about 2/3 finished.

Sat at my computer typing out report papers and killing the boredom posting here at SD.net and watching Raycav lose it. It was a welcome diversion from my damned essay. On the bright side I got all my work done so I have 3 days including today to do whatever I want with no worries at all.

I spent my night handing out treats to, in my opinion, fewer kids than last year. Heck, I have alot of treats left over that I'm gonna have to eat. Next year, I'll save my money and give out apples, pears, and rocks.

Shit yes, I'll often go out camping or something with friends. You HAVE to tell ghost stories.

Whats awesome is when you have a bunch of people from around the world, Aussies, Canadians, Americans, Poms, Frogs, Germans, Thais, Malaysians, Botswanaans etc all sharing local ghost stories.

Being in Australia we don't have trick or treating or anything like that, but my girlfriend, a wiccan, came around to celebrate the festival of Bel-Tain (sp?). Apparently its all about flowers, fire and fornication. 1 out of 3 ain't bad. :D

Hehe, I went to a Halloween Frat party dressed as Vader (had the helmet since I don't even know when, and the rest was just black gloves, socks, shoes, slacks, and turtle-neck). Standing around when this chick dressed in a witch outfit rubs up on me and says "I've always wanted to have sex with Darth Vader." You can guess what happened after that

Lets see, I watched 3 AC-130's take off, shuffled support equipment to crew chiefs, heard the 130's shooting on the test range several miles away, had my dinner interrupted 3 times by the crew chiefs and their stupid request and then I finally got home, looked up some porn, watched an Ep. of Courage the Cowardly Dog and went to bed.
