Never, ever, underestimate the stupidity of the mass TV-watching public. The dumber a show is, the longer it will last.

But as long as it has T'Pol (chick in a cat suit)

To boost sagging ratings they'll have Hoshi getting funky with her and Archer is killed by the Queen of the Moon!!!

Porthos on the other hand will be revealed as the first Changling spy and take over the fledgling Federation and make it the Terran Empire.

Which sadly enough is probably a better story than most of Enterprise so far.

Sadly enough I base all my bias on this show based upon others...really.

I have not seen a single entire episode...and hell I was playing BG2 or doing something mindless while the TV was recording the pilot for a friend.

Like, I've said, Hoshi and Porthos. But even that is starting to get not worth it. I'll just read the reviews at that funny site that was posted a while back.

Said to say, and I thought it impossible, but even hot chicks cannot make Enterprise good.

Speaking for myself, I only watch Boobyprise if my curiosity is piqued about a particular episode. Otherwise, I rely on the post-broadcast synopses and reviews. I bailed out of regular viewing of the Franchise after Voyager's fourth season.

Found it best to avoid ulcers or having to replace a shattered TV that way. 8)

We sacrifice so that many can say, "Damn, I was right. Glad I'm not wasting my time on that shit".

We keep watching to help prevent the non-watchers from letting curiosity get the better of them. Avoid the, "Damn, I can't believe I watched that after ** years of knowing it was crap I let myself get sucked in to watching this junk anyway!" :D

Then there's the really hard up angle.

Well I have a friend who watched Voyager ALL the way through the run AND he enjoyed it.

Of course he also thinks the enterprise would own a SSD so...

Back to the topic, Marauder was just another reason why B&B are still fishing for a plot. They have no desire to learn how to write something properly.

Well, I am a twelve-year veteran staffer on the local worst film festival. I've survived multiple viewings of Manos: The Hands Of Fate, Monster A Go-Go, Seven Dwarves To The Rescue, Can't Stop The Music, and even Hillbillies In A Haunted House. The pain of Voyager is nothing compared to the hours of bad cinema I've endured over the years. I was even able to survive a complete viewing of Battlefield Dearth without the loss of a single brain cell. Although I have yet to brave the rapids of crap that is Leonard: Part Six.

That's a pretty good idea actually ;)

You people should fear the fact that this guy is going to be an architect, you may end up living in a home planned by a guy who thinks the E-D would trash the Executor...

Hope he remember to actually have toilets in the bathrooms, rather then haveing the whole house shaped like one, and sinks rather then pools of stagnate water.

You know, my opinion of you has just skyrocketed. :) Amazingly enough, the only people that actually like that show are the EXTREMELY die-hards. :D Even then, there are only a handful of them so with any luck that crappy show will die off before this season is up.

And all will be as it should be.

Do you guys know what "having grace" means, in a literary sense? It means that something is so completely covered that nothing else needs to be said about a subject, and could never hope to live up to what was said about that subject by a particular piece of work. Ordinarily, it is the ultimate compliment. It is saying that something is so good that any other piece of work would pale in comparison.

Enterprise has grace.

Grace of craptaculence, that is.

4. I think you forgot one major thing here: continuity doesn't exist in the tiny little mind of Braga the Hutt. Doesn't Braga seem like a Hutt name? I mean there's Jabba, Durga, Gardola... Braga just rolls right of the tongue.

5. Hell, they've been like that ever since TOS. It's really saying something when one of the best alien in the series is a guy in a rubber suit (ya know, the Gorn)

Haven't read the entire thread, so forgive if this has been said:

Why didn't the klingons simply transport out of the burning gas, and "behind" them?

Or better yet: USE THE TYPICAL TREK FANBOY ARGUMENT AND BEAM THE SETTLERS INTO OUTER SPACE?
