Can you explain then how your 10 for 1 deal can be implemented? What happens when after you summarily execute those 10 prisoners the attacks continue unabated? Do you kill 20 prisoners? 100? What happens when the prisons are emptied as a result? What if the prisoners aren't terrorists but petty criminals? Do they each get a trial before killed?

I'm only talking about 10 for 1 in the case of an abduction murder, like the most recent gentleman. Suicide bombings and the like are sufficiently faceless (to most) that it can be considered a sort of...act of war? Hmm...I wonder if I'm phrasing this wrong..do you understand what I mean?

IT would be a randon selection of prisoners, as the terrorists do when they abduct a contractor, or whomever. They make demands, we tell them to eat shit, and when/if they kill the hostage, we kill/behead 10 prisoners. I feel that eventually, they'll get the hint.
