Goddamn fanatic vermin...

Post by Perinquus »

If you haven't seen the video of Eugene Armstrong getting his head cut off, beware. It's even grislier than the Nick Berg video was. The image is clearer, the sound is clearer, so you can hear Armstrong's muffled screams as they were cutting through his throat (one of the terrorist swine had a hand over his mouth), and what was worst of all perhaps was the sight of Armstrong in rocking back and forth in obvious fear as the head shit bag read out his interminable screed - Armstrong most likely saw the Nick Berg video, and there could have been little room for doubt in his mind about exactly what was in store for him.

When I see this sort of thing, I have to admit, I don't want the U.S. to pull out ASAP and try to untangle ourselves from the mess; I want to see every last one of these snorting pigs hunted down and exterminated like the vermin they are. I am not talking about turning Iraq into a parking lot with nukes, and I fully realize that its unlikely we'll ever be able to stamp these pig-sired fanatics by military force alone. Nevertheless, I really do hope we can take down Zarqawi's organization and stake him and his followers out for the fucking crows. I'd call them animals, except that would be an insult to animals.

I just saw it. That was fucking horrifying. I can't go to sleep now. I deleted the file seconds after. I sort of new what I was in for- but ... why the hell did I compel myself to watch it? Probably so that I wouldn't ignore his death.

I don't think I could ever bring myself to watch something so horrifying. Movie deaths are one thing because in the back of your head there is always the fact that you know it's not real. This on the other hand is altogether horrifying.

Unfortunately I don't see much reaction from our side. We're hunting Zarquoi but at the same time, a series of cities is slowly allowed to slip into terrorist hands. Some including Najaf and parts of Kirkut are now considered unsafe for our troops. Until the administration gets over this morbid fear of casualties around election time we will have more of this happen for the simple reason that the Iraqis themselves can't or won't stop it and we don't seem to be able to either.

We need to root out these fuckers, smoke them out, burn them out, whatever it takes otherwise this will only continue. While I am opposed to this administration and the reasons we went to war, now that we are there let us do what we came to do and destroy the terrorists.

Its embarassing that this is going on and there is little to no response other than Bush back at home swearing that we will stay the course.

We're damned if we do and damned if we don't. If we send in more troops, we stir up more hatred as the public sees it as an occupation even moreso than they do now. And if we pull out, we just show that we can be cowed by terrorist tactics. And we can't do nothing, because our soldiers are being overrun. I usually have at least some partially-informed opinion on these kinds of things, but we are in a lose-lose-lose situation, and any of those losses is a BIG loss.

Although at this point its not at all constructive, WHY THE HELL ARE WE IN IRAQ IN THE FIRST PLACE? THIS WHOLE DAMN THING IS BS. Ever since 9/11, Bush has been single-minded in backing this country into a fucking corner. The worst part is, he says he is a great war-time president who is defending America, gullbile fools believe him, and he gets reelected in a month and a half.

And in regards to the video, no, I didn't watch it. Why the hell would I? It's bad enough to know that it happened, but to have some morbid fascination with watching the whole thing go down? That's just sick.

The number one source of revolt in history has been half-hearted efforts. We eitehr pull out or we go all in. If we go all in, it'll require an army, not a fucking commando force like we've got deployed. It'll require time, effort, and brutal crackdowns on such terrorists.

My condolences to Armstrong's relatives.

It is a sick world we live in and sometime I lose all hope in humanity.

And BTW you better pay me a lot of cash to see that disguisting video, I am not toutching that one.

Well, now Hensley's been killed as well, though I haven't watched the video of that. I watched Armstrong's murder. And one such outrage is enough.

You know, as a cop, and now a detective investigating serious felonies, I am accustomed to treating with filth on a regular basis. But this really plumbs the depths of human depravity. The cold-blooded deliberate execution-style murder of a completely innocent, non-combatant civilian is just despicable. Even if you oppose the United States, and hate its foriegn policy, the fact remains that men like Eugene Armstrong and Jack Hensley were innocent, civilian contractors. They were there to help rebuild Iraq. True, they were there to make a profit - you can't exisxt without one. But fundametally, they were there not to destory, but to help put the pieces back together.

Deliberately targeting such people is not only an act of evil, it is one of cowardice - the deliberate and calculated slaughter of those who have no power to harm. They truss some helpless victim up and slaughter him like a sheep, and then celebrate the act. They shout: "Allahu akbar!" and sing of the glory of their god, and truly believe in their hearts that they have done something good and holy... They are superstious, brainwashed, hate-filled, evil, barbarian vermin. They are not creatures that decent people can ever hope to live with in peace.

We ought to declare a jihad of our own, and not rest until such unspeakable vermin have been eradicated like the plague they are.

Right, since killing tens of millions more innocent people makes it better.

I don't think I can bring myself to seeing the latest two videos. I saw the Berg one and have not even looked at that file since. I won't delete it for some reason and I won't watch it again.

I hope the Kenneth Bigley makes it out of this, even though my cynical side is getting the better of me. The pleas by his family who live in a home city of mine are enough to make me really feel for this stranger. I wish I could say there'd be Hell to pay if they murder him, but I hear Bush and Blair have their hands tied, disgustingly, I believe it's due to election pressure.

Again, I hope black-ops are done to take care of these. We need a Special Circumstances like group that will do the dirty work our gov'ts wouldn't dare admit to.
