I didn't accuse her dad of war crimes, as yould know if you could read. Do you know what the words "just might have been" mean? Do you understand the Shakespeare quote? Do you understand sarcasm? If not, piss off. I was making the points that this woman is full of shit and that some people are overdefensive about Kerry's accusation that some who served committed atrocities -REAL atrocities and not chickenshit like the .50 cal issue.

It has never occured to me to think of my family members who served in the war as war criminals. I don't get bent out of shape over it because:
(a) Kerry's testimony was true and if anything, understated the atrocities committed (but then, he didn't know about Tiger Force Three, did he?) and
(b) I'm sure he wasn't referring to my father or uncles. If, on the off chance some incriminating evidence should turn up (as in The Music Box) against my relatives, I might have my feelings hurt, but the truth is the truth and those who can't handle it can go fuck themselves.
