Has anyone come across information on S.89 and HR163 and their likelihood of passing?
(I did a half hearted search and didn't find anything immediatly obvious that this topic has already been done.)

And still has the following reasons in place that aurgue strongly aginst it ever happening
1. The military has no plans in place with what to do with so many untrained and unwilling civilians
2. The military(Short of massive tent citys on or near current bases) does not even have the facilities to house drafteese
3. ....let alone do something as simple as arm and transport them(Leading to a situation last faced by the Russians in WWII, The man with the rifle shoots, the man without the rifle follows, man with the rifle falls, man without the rifle takes the rifle and shoots ect...)
