It seem Mara Jade was in mid 40's when Ben Skywalker was born. Far as I know this quite old for Woman to have Childern. Could the Force affect her ageing without effort on her part?

IIRC woman ferltility stars around 35, if Mara is as old Luke as she 46 when Ben Skywalker was born. I accept you're anwers, so nothing major thank and batman the loss of fetility is part of womans ageing prosess so there's no reason to assume thatt's diffenrent in SW and I think fertillity treaments would be against Jedi philosophy.
BTW is there official word how old Mara Jade is relative to Luke.
