Slack ass.
Three, is everyone up for a game this weekend?
Yes!
I'm thinking Saturday afternoonish, but we could also do Saturday evening. Sunday afternoon is doable, but I have pseudo-plans for Sunday.
I have to make some phone calls. Family is in town this weekend and I don't know what they're planning. Most likely it'll be dinner or something. I just have to narrow down when and what-not.
As always, Art is busy Sunday evening.
Doing what? The only thing that happens on Sunday nights is church.

Looks like Saturday evening works for most of us. Hopefully CorSec's family dinner won't be Saturday. Shall we tentatively say 6pm PST (9 Eastern) on Saturday?

Sunday is the day he has dinner with his Mom. Nothing may interfere with said dinner. Remember the shitstorm when I attempted to change the game time at the last minute? That was because I had forgotten about The Dinner. God help he who forgets The Dinner. :D

It would have to be 8 o' clock PST, or 11 PST, as I have to work from 3 PST until 8 PSt

If we started at 8 and went to 11, then we would finish at 2 in the morning for some of our players. Better we start at 7 and Alyrium will just have to be an hour late. Does that work for everyone?

I suppose, it could work, makes me sad though....

Just make sure to play out my teaching of Lee the weaker telepath, whoever plays my character

The first half hour or so is always either setting up or chit chat, so you won't miss a whole hour.

Yep. Sweet action, so we're set for 7 pm PST (10 EST) tomorrow. Going by previous sessions, we'll probably knock off around 10 (1 am). I can't wait.

Well, shit. I hate to do this to you guys, but OpenRPG won't install on this machine. I packed up my computer (for good this time) because it was an enabler, and I thought I'd be able to install on the computers in the library, but apparently you can't install stuff on these machines, so we'll have to cancel this week. I'm really sorry. I'll find one I can use that will work in the meantime.

Yeah, the library comps are all locked down and shit. Even if you did get it to install, they image the hard drives once a week.

But I've got an idea. How about every weekend we're going to have a game, I let you borrow my laptop? It's already got OpenRPG on it, and you can save the character sheets and whatnot to a USB key, for later uploading (until I can find a decent FTP program for Mac OSX). Sound like a plan?

That sounds good.

Now, I suppose we have a choice. We can either have a game this Saturday so that the total wait won't be a whole month, but we screw CorSec out of playing the next session, or we wait until the next Saturday. I'm not going to say which I prefer until I've heard what you guys want.

OK, well we're not doing a session with 2 out of 4 players missing, so that answers that. Sorry again about this last Saturday. I completely screwed up. Would have been a great game. Oh well, we'll just make the next one even better.

What about you, CorSec? Are you open the whole day, or does it have to be evening (or afternoon) for you?

The way I see it, the only way we can have all four of us is to go from 8 to 11. Hopefully that won't be too far past people's bed times. If it is, we can work around it, of course. We could do noon to 2 and then 8 to 10, for instance, so that everyone would be able to play at least half the session.

Okay, the tentative schedule is Sat. from 8 to 11 PM PST. Speak up if that doesn't work for someone.

I updated the character sheets' weapon tables to reflect the new values for range. I had neglected to change those values when a square became 1 meter instead of 5 feet, and the old values were too harsh on SMGs, and contained other inaccuracies. So download the new character sheets, and indicate how you want to spend any available XP, if there is any, and if anyone wants to spend it.

Sounds good, I'll be there.

I haven't looked at my character sheet, but I'll do that sometime between now and tomorrow night and figure how I want to spend whatever XP I have.
