I used to have an automatic MP5 modelled BB gun and a sig P226 replica BB gun.

Had them for all of 3 weeks while in Japan before we figured out "How the fuck are we going to get these past Australian customs and back home?" So we then donated them to charity.

Yup, I'd like to have one in .50BMG to hunt those pesky squirrels. Them squirrels are pretty tough you know, it takes a car running over them at 30 mph to get a clean kill.

Fifty cals would be whats needed to take down a wombat. Those goddamn blocky satan-spawns are deadly in a charge. And I've seen .44 deer rifle rounds be DEFLECTED from their fucking skeletal structure.

Wombats look cute and cuddly but goddamn can they take a beating.

Hit one with your car and you can say goodbye to your suspension and undercart. Half the time the fuckers will just wander away slightly dazed as well.

The 50 cal RAUFOSS API round should take care of those pesky wombats. Those things will blow a clean hole through a steel manhole cover among other things, and they easily go through cinderblock walls. It's probably overkill for hunting things, considering that it's explosive tipped and costs about $35 US per round if you can get them. I'll be saving up for for a .50 as soon as I get a decent job, them things ain't cheap.

Aren’t paintball guns banned in Japan? Combined with there laws restricting real guns, that pretty much only leaves BB guns.
