The top line is the numbers, from 0-8. The second line is 1+1=2. The next 9 sets are addition tables covering every addition possibility from 0-8 that adds up to 8 or less. The very bottom is principles, showing that 0+(A+B)=A+B, A+B=A+B, and (C+D)+(A+B)=(A+B)+(C+D).
