That is confusing me as well.

Of course he is owning on the point that the US without alliences simply doens't have the manpower to spread out as you guys are.

I have to agree with Jegs on this one. Recruitment is down and you just think two divisions will magically appear?

Unless of course he fudges the numbers on what constitues a division.

We'll have 125,000 Iraqi troops trained by the end of the year.
