Sheen has little or no intention of running for president - he understands that the one thing you cannot have in the White House is a pacifist.

Chance of the 22nd being repealed? Roughly snowball in Hell level. Congress likes the 22nd. It ensures a steady rotation that means the President is never really secure in office, and keeps the balance of power from tipping totally to the executive. It reduces the power of the Presidency, so Congress will not eliminate it.

And the whole high school drop out wouldn't play well either. We like our Presidents to have some education after all.

Maybe that's why Kerry's running such a lousy campaign, he wants to see Bush crash and burn as opposed to himself.

If he doesn't want to be president, then why is he running for president? He gains nothing from purposefully running a shitty campaign.

*puts on tinfoil hat*

Assuming Bush wins and has to live with the consequences of his mistakes, the Democrats will probably have better chances in the midterm elections to take control of the Senate, and also better chances in 2008.
