Disable the "web filtering" function -- double-click the Kerio icon to call up the configuration menu, click on the "Web" tab on the lefthand side, and uncheck all of the boxes under the "Ad blocking" tab (along the top). That should kill the nag and set it into reduced functionality mode (exactly the same, but without the popup blocking, which you probably have other ways of dealing with).
