I was just curious. I think it was in Visions of the Future. The clone "family" on Praxis minor. some other character says the galaxy is still a little afraid of clones.

I dont know of any other sources that say cloning occured some other time in the Star Wars galaxy. It seems the people of the galaxy by the NJO just saw clones for the first time and where still afriad of them, not seeing anything good about them. The only other clones were those from the planet made up of all clones. 2 of them where Jedi in Lukes acadamy like something 81 and 82

I was wondering if any body else knows of another time in the SW galaxy that there was a mass clones or clones being made at any time before the Clone Wars

Eh? I'm somewhat confused by what you're asking.

Well, cloning was done pre-clone wars as well. Not sure on how massive of a scale, but at least we're aware that mass-production was a definite feasiblity.

We also have to differentiate now between EU and the Prequels. Apparently, in the movies, the stormtroopers are all clones so everyone's seen clones (or at least been shot at by one).

It seemed people were not only afraid of clones because of the mayhem and wreckage they caused due to the instability of the Force that the old clone masters didn't understand, but also prejudice and deep suspicion, especially AFTER they became stable and nearly took over the galaxy under Thrawn's command. But it just generally creeped most people out to see carbon copies.

You sure it was called "Praxis minor"? Might have had a different name. Praxis is from Trek

You forgot Thrawn. Thrawn started up his cloning facility and made millions of clone troopers.

Im sorry it was Pakrik Minor, why is Praxis in my head, im not to familar with Trek planets.

I know after The Galactic Civil War there were alot of clonning going on. But i dont recall any information on if there was clonning before the Fall of the Republic. It is implied by the events of AOTC by many characters that cloning did happen in the path, how could Dexter know if clones weren't well known. But theres no other stories or events of cloning before the Fall of The Republic besides AOTC
