The first two are the ones I use the most often.

This one was grabbed from the end credits of Conan the Barbarian and is a variation on the symbol for Thulsa Doom's cult. I've liked it for a long time because it looks a lot like a twisted smiley face. :D

Let me get this straight: there was a day time soap opera about a Vampire, and not only did it last several years but it was reputedly the "most popular"? :o Ok...

I think it looks just fine in this picture and this one, but you're right, in many pictures it looks kind of odd.

But as far as bad hair goes, it's kinda hard to beat this. :P
