Or me using Harry Potter (I have no freakin idea why people say I look like him, I don't think I look like him...OK, so I have glasses and black hair that won't do anything, but I'm not a look-alike of Harry Potter, even if the movie did have cool special effects).verilon wrote:You don't see me with an avvie of Dave Navarro becuase three people in two days said I looked like him, do you? Or Joe Camel, for that matter...spongyblue wrote:I picked Milhouse cuz I had more than 2 people in one day say I looked like him. I usta have the absorbant one Spongebob Squarepants, simply because he represents the inner child and pot head within us all.

I got the picture of IG-88 off of a google search. As for my sig:
"This hand of mine gives strength to the shadows. Its quiet hiss tells me to seize victory. DARKNESS FINGER!"
All G Gundam fans have heard Domon's famous: "This hand of mine is burning red! It's loud roar tells me to grasp victory! BURNING FINGER!" line. I wanted to imagine what Master Asia would say for the Darkness Finger, and this is what I thought up. it's not perfect, and I'll probably keep messing with it for a while.
Brotherhood of the Monkey: Robo-Monkey
But it in my sig when I joined waaaaaaay back when. Robo-Monkey was the nickname David tagged me with.

My avatar is the same one from my AIM account. It's a talking mushroom from the Tenth Kingdom. It's so cool. Where else are you going to find a magic talking mushroom that tells you to eat it.

My avatar is a pretty good pic of Gary Mitchell from the TOS episode Where no man has Gone Before. He also happens to be the main villain in my fanfic Star Crossed.
The sig line is straight from Buckaroo Banzai, one of the unsung Bmovie classics of the 80's.

My first avatar, half Rebel, half Imperial insignia, was made in paint. Sami was a snapshot from my GBA emulator. Zelda I found with a Yahoo search. Sonja was also from my emulator. I take the 5th Amendment on my current avatar, dominatrix Asuka.
For my sig, we have one of Wes Janson's lines in Starfighters of Adumar. He has plenty of good ones, but this one stuck. Also, one of Corran Horn's insights from I, Jedi. "Sentience is overrated" is my view of the universe and humanity's importance in it. "Pichu Owns You!" is testimony of my skill in Super Smash Bros. Melee, where I can say that and get away with it.

My avatar (recorded for posterity, just in case):
Is taken from this picture, which I found years ago on Rat.org.
My current sig:

Your typical sig virus, slightly altered.
Hentai - pervert in Japanese.

"And no eggs" in German, from the Tool song Die Eier von Satan, The Eggs of Satan or Satan's Balls.
Saru no Danshishakou-kurabu: Nihongo no Saru
Brotherhood of the Monkey: Japanese (language) Monkey, in Japanese, of course.

Okie Dokie. First off my Avatar is of a Super-Class Star Destroyer. Obviously it would be of the Executor. Mr. Mike Wong was overly gracious as to put this up for me. So, thanks Wong. My your sword of enlightenment burn down your foes of ignorance!!!
The signatures are far fetched. The first one is taking from Gundam Wing. I used that in the Dark Guard for the end of any post containing orders for the former Vanguard Wing. Basically, it's fight to the death. I just made up a planet to say it was mentioned at a battle.
The second is from Darkstar's stupidity in a post on spacebattles.com.
The last one is a jab at whoever asked me if i used the word 'fucking' enough in one of my post. Just to remind everyone, I will use any fucking word i damn well feel like using to get my fucking point across to the fucking public. anyone not underfuckingstand? good.
+1 is self explanatory.

avatar: apparently a picture which came from a scene in American Pie 2. i have the full one on my comp, i used the modified one for my avatar here and on SB. i chose it because the guy in the pic looks very similar to me (when i have shorter hair) and because it reflects how i look at the world: "fuck off, i'm busy"

My avatar is the ice version of the Mortal Kombat Insignia. I think it comes from the mythology game that deals with Sub-Zero.
The funny part about this is that I have hardly ever played any of the MK games and I'm really bad at them. I just like the symbol (the ice one is better than the green jade one I also have).
I started out on this board with a smaller version of this picture. Put I thought it was too small so I tried something else. I linked my avater to a larger version I uploaded to my webspace. It was defiantely bigger. Way way too big. It tended to distort the forums. The size inspired a few other people to try the same thing and in less than a day we were no longer able to link our avatar's to images that were stored somewhere else. Anway, I tried a lot of other avatars, the only one I kept for any significant amount of time was probably variations on Frazetta's Death Dealer.
I ended up getting sick of switching avatars all the time so I tried shrinking the icedragon image again. For some reason I figured out something I was doing wrong and so I was able to make the image in the size I liked that still fit the restrictions of this board.
My signature is from a t-shirt I own and often wear. It was very popular when I was in college. Professors seemed to get the biggest kick out of it.
