Nah...they had a completely different look then lighting they are distinctly red outside with a yellow interior. I'm guessing it's to signify his change to Sith, given that so far everyone but Tyrannus has some funky eye coloring.

It also may be a vision experienced by someone as well and not what he truly looks like.

It could be a subjective element. I've heard elsewhere that it might be an effect added only to the teaser trailer, and may not actually appear in the final film.

Showing a fire department putting out a fire on the capital ship that Anakin, Palpatine and Obi-Wan are trapped inside of, is going to hurt the movie? Please explain.
