There's one small area of Northern! Delaware which would make you swear you're in West Virginia.

I wouldn't know about West Virginia...I already know enough of Virginia...

I've seen West Virginia University. No rednecks, though, rednecks don't go to college. I'm sure mant of the people came form other states, there aren't enough college-bound teens in WV to fill the universiy up.

But what has it done bad, LATELY?

Prince Georges County was one of the LAST coutnies to be desegregated in public schools and it was only court ordered bussing in the late 1970s that accomplished this (you don't think "deliberate speed" was placed into Brown v Board of Ed to force everyone to change things overnight?). Despite racial acceptance growing Michael Steele (running mate to Robert Ehrlich) will be the first black man EVER to hold a statewide office in Maryland.


That's about all I can think of. Columbia, where I live, was actually built as an inter-racial paradise and it has succeded remarkably well I think.
