17 cm is 6.7 inches, 14.48 is 5.7 in. I'm pretty sure 17 cm is an overestimation. I sure hope it is. Oh god.

I'm sure the maximum fluid capacity of the average vagina is not anywhere near 18 litres, so it'd get awfully messy.

It looks like that the EU got the average size wrong rather than the Germans being to small. 6.8 inches is about an inch above average I'd say. According to a study that involved about 1000 man rather than the 60 from the site posted, the average Penis is just over 5.8 inches. Still, this put the Germans below the average American penis size by .1 inch :P

Considering the matter at hand, that of unwanted pregnancy prevention and stopping the spread of numerous STDs, then erring on the side of caution is not a bad idea.
Also if the forces and stresses on the condom, and its contents is near what 18 liters worth of water pressure can do, then you don't want to stop when it's getting good. :twisted:
