I was listening to Howard this morning and he mentioned this. I guess Tara Reid (from American Pie) was at a P. Diddy party all stoned out of her gord (as usual) and her dress slipped down while photographers took pictures. She then realized it, pulled it up and screamed for the photographers to stop. Take a look at the nipple. Eh. That's gross.

They're scars. Howard Stern mentioned talking to one of his plastic surgery buddies, and he mentioned he would have gone in under the arm pits because of the scars this left. The nipple kind of seems to be off to the side, too.
