100 is average on a bell curve, not a minimum. Half the people are going to be above it and half below it. Plenty of people function with a low IQ. You meet them every day.

this is a hoax. someone gave me the real one. This one was said to not have been baed on any real studies. it was linked to one that was more realistic through my email.

The real one had an average around 111. It ranged from 90-100, some were around 80 something.

I have serious doubts as to the validity of this study. How can people in Connecticut be a full standard deviation above the mean? Think about that for a minute. Further, how can people in any state (I know--they're rustic, but still) be a standard deviation and a half below the mean? If this is true, then I'm going to have to think about how this is possible since I'm struggling for an easy explanation.
