Ding dong the fuckers dead. Now as I said before: stake the bastard, cram his cake hole with garlic, and decapitate him to be sure. No need to have him raise from the grave and bleed Palestine some more.

Hopefully this will give the Palestinians the chance to pick a leader that's not horribly corrupt and willing to discard peace for his own power; Arafat really was a terrible leader to try and give them peace. But given them no doubt they'll election/pick/murder in some one worse in his place.
