As you can see, the H design of the wings.

Seismic Charge Deployers.

Side view, you can faintly make out the twin proton torp launchers on this side.

Got a little bored tonight, and whipped this up.

Armaments:
Two forward laser cannons.
Four(two on each side) Rapid fire Proton Torp Launchers.
2(on each wing) Seismic Charge Deployers.
Heavy Shielding

Designed to counter Ranger Class antistarfigher corvettes, the fighter makes strifing runs on targets firing torps from the dual launcher on the side.

Bah. Who needs a specialized anti-Corvette fighter when you've got the B-wing?

The end of the Avenger. I'd like to see this H-wing beat that. [/shameless B-wing fanboy]

Seriously, it looks good, though even out of shameless B-wing fanboy mode I still think just anti-Corvette is overspecializing just a bit, as well as being redundant.
It's Rogue, not Rouge!

...FOUR rapid-fire protorp tubes? That's significantly more than an /anticorvette/ bomber. An X-Wing squadron firing a concentrated salvo can punch a hole in an ISD's shielding, as I recall from the Rogue books..stagger those launchers and you can put double the torps in space in a single salvo, drop an entire X-Wing squadron-equivalent salvo in through the hole the first makes. That's a heavy cap-killer if I ever saw one. That said, it looks snazzy.

I guess Strife Assualt Fighter would be a better term.

Sweet.

Now if you could make the Imperial version, we'll all be happy.

It looks a lot like the Scimitar. Neat, though.
