The "sexual innuendo". Because the best way to promote healthy sexual attitudes is to make sure that children are completely ignorant of the very existence of sex between consenting adults until they are already old enough to be experimenting with it themselves.

There is no automatism.
Someone, for example a local youth office (Jugendamt) has to complain.
Then the BPjM is going to take a look at it and will then make a decision.
Media can be put on the "Index" when they are
- inciting violence
- inciting racial hatred
- are "unsittlich" (basically pornography)

It should be noted that the touchiness of the BPjM is often overestimated.
Best example is the decision of Westwood to replace all soldiers with robots in the command and conquer series.
Blizzard on the other hand did not change the human space marines into robots, and guess what they had not a fucking problem.

There exist a couple of case were a media article is automatically "indiziert"
- anything violating criminal code (eg. instructions for comitting a crime, denying the holocaust, ...)
- anything glorifing war
- media presenting children/teenager in unnatural positions stressing (?) sex characteristics (?)

One does have legal recourse against a decision, there are cases were verdicts by the BPjM were overturned (mainly because the liberty of art rates higher then the protection of the youth)
actually there are rare cases in which games are made completely illegal even for adults (besides games protraying illegal nazi symbols). manhunt was the latest. before that it was mortal combat II (1994).

i think it´s an idiotic law that needs to be removed.

I took it as those commercials don't show a white woman coming onto a black man. I think that image is what some folks are getting riled up about.

Including Colts head coach Tony Dungy
Reaction ranged from amusement to anger. Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy found it racially offensive.

"To me that's the first thing I thought of as an African-American," Dungy said Wednesday.

"I think it's stereotypical in looking at the players, and on the heels of the Kobe Bryant incident I think it's very insensitive. I don't think that they would have had Bill Parcells or Andy Reid or one of the owners involved in that," he added, a reference to the coaches in the game.
Perhaps I'm old-fashioned (or simply a prude :P ), but I don't care for this kind of advertising at all. Of course I can't stand all of the Viagra, Cialis, Enzyte, etc. ads either.

But at the same time, it ain't the FCC's job to enforce my personal preferences on the airwaves, so I don't think any action should be taken by the FCC.
"You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours."- General Sir Charles Napier

That's getting blown out of proportion in this thread and the real world. What most people are squealing about is that a naked woman jumped in a man's arms, and it happened at the start of a football game when anyone could have been watching and not expecting it.

What?? He finds it "stereotypical" for a white woman to be jumping into a black man's arms??

Since when? I would think it's the very OPPOSITE of stereotypical behaviour. It's not even considered socially acceptable by the redneck dildosnacks.

Am I misunderstanding him here? :|
You have to realize that most Christian "moral values" behaviour is not really about "protecting" anyone; it's about their desire to send a continual stream of messages of condemnation towards people whose existence offends them. - Darth Wong alias Mike Wong

No, you're not. Dungy thinks this plays into some very old stereotypes of the innocent white woman being seduced by the handsome black buck, who slobbers all over himself at the chance. Never mind that in the trailer, she seduced him, or that very few straight single men would turn down a fairly attractive blonde who just took her towell off. And pay no attention at all to the fact that the whole thing was a spoof.

Dungy also said he thought it was suspicious, or something like that, that they did this with Terrell Owens but not Tom Brady or Brett Farve or some other white player. Again, let's all ignore that neither of those guys played a MNF game during sweeps month, there are no high profile white players on the Eagles (what's she going to do, jump into the kicker's arms?), and the Eagles, not the Cowboys, are a hot property right now (and did anyone want to see her jump naked into Vinny Testaverde's arms anyway?).

Nonono! The outrage is not about that woman being nekkid! Don't you see it? It is about her suggesting he skips the game!
