In the US it varies from state to state. IIRC here in Colorado the law is "4 years," i.e., a 17-year-old can fuck like a rabbit with anyone from ages 13-21, perfectly legal for both parties. It may be only 3 years though, or even 2, I don't quite remember.

Pedophilia means sex with children, which implies - or outrightly states - that the victim has to be prepubescent. What you describe sounds like horny teens doing the nasty before they're ready for it, NOT pedophilia. (though how you get 'ready' for it is one of life's grand mysteries that no-one ever bothers informing you about)

Nothing! it's actually really sexy in my opinion, as long as it is kept clean and well groomed, scraggily (I know I don't know how to spell that) and greasy hair is just a turn off no matter what length it is. Why? Who here doesn't like it?

Edit: Oh Ok !! Now I see why people are telling you to get it cut. You need a hair cut dude, it just does not suit you. Unless of course you are just growing it and it is at the in between stages right now. Either let it grow or cut it. You don't need no afro

Being why I use it. I think she is really beautiful. I am not the guy that just marvels at the obvious ones like the breats and ass. The face can tell many things - for considering how many muscles one uses to even smile. :]

Err, the girl is from a painting from epilogue. I kinda resized it so I think I might change it within the hour. I shouldn't touch other people's art work.

I got a haircut, and the new digital camera kicks arse.

Someone cool called this my 'secret agent expression'. I think I look stoned, though I don't how one would look stoned since I Don't Do Drugs (well, the illict kind at any rate).
