Its total bullshit that they had that Kiwi redo his GREAT lines in the OT.

Since when did parents and children EVER talk the same? This isn't even about tech awareness, this is just common sense and is caused by the infection of the rediculous sci fi chic that clones are unnaturally connected or something.

Yep, that's right. The voice actor for Boba Fett in ESB was Jason Wingreen.

Oops. Still, I don't sound exactly the same as my father, and neither do you.

Identical twins do not sound identical either. Voice is not 100% genetic.

I didn't notice that much difference. The voice change was fine with me.

Yeah, Jeremy Bullock and Anthony Daniels have non-mask roles in ROTS. Maybe if David Prowse wasn't such a crybaby he'd be in it, too!

Anthony Daniels was in AOTC, as well, in the bar scene, IIRC.

Why is Dave Prowse such a cry-baby??, is this because they would'nt let him reprise his role as Darth Vader??, did he ever really think he could do it?? (has he had his double hip-replacement yet??)

so many question-marks....

I think he's had his hip surgery already.

I'm not sure what the deal with Prowse and Lucas is but there seems to have been some sort of fallout around about ROTJ.

I've only read Prowse's take on it from his site. Essentially Darth Vader's death got leaked and Prowse thinks that Lucas thought he was the one who leaked it even though it was sprung on him in the interview in which it was supposedly leaked. (Note, Prowse wasn't in the scene where Vader dies so he shouldn't have known anyway).

Since Lucas hasn't said anything who knows what's really going on?

Besides his hip surgery I thought Prowse was having some other serious health problems a few years ago. I'd really wonder if he could even fill out the suit and perform like he used to.

Lucas has appeared to be pretty loyal to lots of actors he's used in bit parts, or parts where they weren't readilly recognizable before. He's brought back lots of people that he really didn't need to so it does make me wonder what was up between him and Prowse.

I've always heard that Prowse suffered from "loose lips" syndrome and could not be trusted with secrets. I also heard that while filming the original trilogy, Lucas and Co. would actually feed Prowse false information.

Or so I've heard.....

Well, they fed *everyone* false information in TESB, David Prowse didn't even say "I am your father", he said "Obi-Wan was your father". James Earl Jones dubbed it over later, and Mark Hamill was only told just prior to shooting the scene so his reaction would be appropriate.
