Or seriously, a scene from one of the episodes or movies, in a high resolution fashion. I would consider putting such a screenshot on my desktop.

I'm a Defiant fan. It disturbs me to see anyone put a ST background wallpaper without having that 'tough little ship' in it. But I don't really care. Alyeska is free to put whatever he likes on his desktop, it's no skin off my arse.

2001 for now. I rotate out screencaps from various DVDs.

It's in 1600x1200, because that's how I do. I like the 4x3 goodness.

Oh, and only crazy people have clean desktops. The desktop is to the computer as the floor is to the bedroom: a great, big, convenient shelf that can fit everything.

I'm surprised I didn't see any from www.digitalblasphemy.com. Gorgeous wallpapers. He does most of my desktop decorating...though I only use the free ones. *shrug*

Also www.artofgregmartin.com has several that I'm fond of.
