Mountaineous

This is tonight's 2 hour painting. Still learning, so took longer than all ye pros. Done with Gimp 2.0. Oh, and before I forget, the "e" is not a spello. It also has a black border at 1px, after the fine white one, but in the blue background it is hard to discern, thus ie. it looks better on a white background.



I began with a simple 70 degree half triangles for the mountains and then began to airbrush, smudge and paint at different opacities over, brush sizes and types to make the painting. Lastly extra layer and some touch ups.

I know it is not much, but I like the simplicity. What think ye?
