Inquisitors and Assassins can get them, and Harlequins are notorious "special" grenade whores.

Hey, I didn't mean it as a criticism. Being a Harlequin grenade whore made the difference between victory and defeat. One flanked Death Jester under fire from Terminator Librarian and SM and one vortex grenade means bye bye massively expensive psyker.

Fighter-bombers of some sort or another, IIRC.

Okay, next question is how true to the fluff Gaunt's Ghosts are... does the IG have an organization that includes companies and battalions, or do they really just have a bunch of platoons floating around ambiguously?
Regiments are usually sub divided into companies or battalions, but there is no standard size of such subdivisions. The Ghosts are the way they are because they are skirmishers that operate according to Tanith pracitices and organization (most of the original Ghosts are ex Tanith militia). The Ghosts are abnormal in that respect, but they seem to make it work.
Usual IG organization is a command unit in charge of x number of platoons (composed of 1-5 squads) which in turn answers to its own superior command unit.

The primary unit of IG organization is the regiment. Actual structure below that level varies as much as all things Guard do, but most follow a normal modern military format of fire teams -> squads -> platoons -> companies -> regiment. Above the regimental level they answer to whatever form of commander they are assigned to after founding, usually some form of general, though higher ranks do often fight on the front lines and command a regiment personally (such as Lord Castellan Creed of the Cadian 8th).

Sweet. Under the current rules they are used just as anti-vehicle. Under older rules, yes the will. They are expensive, high tech, and won't automatically work.
Just checked Inquisitor rules. They will definitely affect them.

I don't have any. Now as for my fellows, who knows?

Astartes have trouble getting them. It would be a fluke for the station to have them. Now the AM, Assassins, Inquisitors, and possibly the Arbites might have them.

Since we don't know that in character, we can't jump the gun. Besides, burning a planet over a 60 million year old ass kicking is a little extreme.

Oh, and I'm off until late late evening for a DoW LAN party, so Imperial Overlord can puppet Prius for me if any questions come up regarding the Borean Rifles or any commissarial windbaggery is needed.
Thank you for your trust. I'll try to keep you from being killed.
