Several of the spells I want to take are from the Book of Eldritch Magic I.

Is that cool?

The supplement is written by Monte Cook, the primary author of the DMG.

2nd Level

Mark of Fire
Casts on target, target gets +2 enhancement bonus to dex until spell expires, can end spell early for 3d6 fire ranged touch attack.

Enhance Magical Flow: +1 to spell DCs, last 10min/level, burns 10gp gem

4th
Flaming Corrosion
Cone, Close range. does d6/level to 10d6. Half acid, half fire. One target in the area of affect chosen by caster must make 2 saves and takes worst result.

I know who wrote it, and I trust Monte's stuff. I just like to know what my party can do, is all.

Edit: And yeah, that's fine. Original as always. I'll have to compliment him on them if they perform well in action.

Rogue is a poster at Monte's message board after all, that's where I first ran into him. No I'm not telling his handle over there, you'll have to ask him.

With a good number of casters in the party, I wanted some non PHB spells for diversity and style.

Ah yes. But how often do (dark) elves menstruate/ovulate/etc? This is a question worth knowing the answer to.

It coldnt be that much different from a hman, afterall, the genes are close enough to interbreed.

But with their lifespan they'd cover the continent by now, and sure as hell wouldn't all be able to get to Evermeet. Elven birthrates just about have to be lower.

I'm pretty sure dragons can interbreed with humans (admittedly while polymorphed). I blame magic in the land.

I thought Dragons could interbreed with anything because of their innate magic and elves could interbred with humans just because we're that close. Ditto orcs and humans (but from what Aly tells me not orcs and elves).

Dude, my old friend. Did you forget to adjust the Studded Leather penalty for its masterwork status or am I remembering the modifiers wrong?

Yup. In strictly genetic terms though, I'm doubting a race that lives as long as elves do, has all kinds of funky innate abilities, and so on, could truly reproduce with humans.

Yes. Yes I did. I couldn't stand to leave a box with "click to link image" on it though. It gave me a nervous twitch.
Edit: As for knocking up your cohort, I don't know about over in Britain, but here in the States that's slang for "get her pregnant." :P That character illustration is hot and all, but I don't recall us discussing that, really.
It is over here too, yes. Pedant.

Not really no. Not at this stage in their careers anyway.

Don't you get a 1 point stat increase every 3 levels?
EDIT: Nm, 1 point per 4 levels. Fixed.
