Christina Aguilera to do "Stairway to Heaven" and "God Save the Queen"
Mariah Carey will remake Def Leppard's "Bringing on the Heartache"

This is why I don't listen to the radio anymore, if I heard one of these horrid cover songs I'm afraid I'd go on a killing spree or blow my brains out.

I've noticed Chritina Aguleria's becoming 10 times skankier than Britney now. It seems that talent alone wasn't enough to sell.

Anway, what about:

Pavoratti singing Slayer?

The London Symphony Orchestra and a chamber choir playing the Baha Men?

Tori Amos has already done a cover of Slayer's "Raining Blood", Pavarotti might not be too far behind.

Of course the San Fran symphony has already played with Metallica, so the other one's probably not that far fetched either.

Still, it's not a fun thing to think about.
