Execute people who drink large amounts of alcohol. But I suppose the other would work as well; same theory.

Obviously not a big enough factor to determine the overall trend, that is, the snakes defeating the toads.

Execute people who drink large amounts of alcohol. But I suppose the other would work as well; same theory.

Of course that only works if they haven't reproduced yet.
