Then again, lightsabers may have the attribute of "clinging" or "grabbing" the other blade, while modern day swords can just slide along the another blade quite easily.

Lightsabers certainly appear to interact in that way. You don't see a lot of sliding along the blade, and when it does, the sound effect often has a sort of stutter effect as if the blades are alternatively catching on one another and being forced free.

A good example of that is in TPM. When Darth Maul back-kicks Kenobi off of the causeway, just before he himself is punched off of it by Qui-Gon, Maul "catches" Obi-Wan's blade against the walkway, preventing him from withdrawing it and protecting himself with it against Maul's next attack.

And both Skywalker Family Duels have lots of prolonged parries with scraping.

As for what you would make it out of, I was thinking of more lightsaber. In that case, it would be very unuseful for protecting yourself from your own blade, indeed... but it would be at least moderately useful at protecting your hand from the enemy.

I would think it's possible, the usage of the hand to spray lightning IMO is pretty much akin to why a person will snap their fingers when they think. It's an easy mental conduit to project the force through. Remember in The Courtship of Princess Leia, the witches of Dathomir thought they had to go through all sorts of rituals to use the powers of the Force and the with got scared shitless when Luke simply flicked his hand and his lightsaber flew to him?

But as for Dooku at that moment probably had his concentration pretty much walloped.

This duel actually takes place in the first 20 minutes of the film, during the opening space battle over Coruscant, the last major engagement of the Clone Wars. Anakin's big turning point and the revealing of Palpatine's true identity of Darth Sidious take place at the film's midpoint, when Anakin kills Mace Windu. Padme dies at the very end of the movie

I disagree. Anakin can't kill Windu, because in the trailer you can see for a split second Windu in the chancellors office, fighting someone offscreen with a RED LIGHTSABER. We also know that when he fights Obi-wan, he has a BLUE lightsaber. The only people with red sabers are Dooku (who as you say dies in the beginning) and Palpatine. Therefore, Palpatine must kill Mace Windu, unless Mace Windu actually bests Palpatine, which I find unlikely.

I saw this a few months ago. It said, "Realizing he could be destroyed by Obi-wan, Grevious flees". Suddenly it says that Grevious escapes seeing the ship is going down.
The script has been CHANGED. I say it's fake.

That would be a most interesting parallel to ROTJ. Luke being able to overcome that which his father could not.

Indeed it is that aspect of the Pictures I like the most even more than seeing that Anakin has chopped off Dooku's Hands it's the Parrells to Return of the Jedi. Palpatibne has Anakin fight Dooku to replace him as his apprentice, then later he has Luke do the same thing.

Anakin falls to the Darkside, Luke in a very similar setting resists and so completing the Circle. It I don't know, it's just feck it has the potential to be so freaking cool. Sue me I'm a simple person at heart.

We don't see Darth Vader until the end of the movie. Meaning Windu must die before Anakin gets a red saber. Therefore, Windu must be killed by someone with a red saber other than Vader or Dooku, and the only option is Palpy.
