Some form of 40K RP- here and now

Ah. I thought he was on the ceiling, you see. I trailed off to give him the chance to pounce before I got a shot off.
Well, this is something to leave out of the history books. "Inquisitor Pater Novum's 2nd mission as a full Inquisitor started when he waded in Sewage for no real reason and shot one of his own troopers."

Hrm. I have an odd desire to come up with stats for Prosthetic Penii for the Inq. LRB.
Crude: 30% chance per turn of a blowback that'll fire robo-semen out your anus.
Average: Character is partially impotent, limp, etc. All tests for 'getting it up' are at -20% chance of success.
Advanced: The character suffers no penalties but gains no inches.
Highly advanced: Hail to the king, baby.

Yes, he's having fun with Adivan's boys. But don't feel left out, I'm sure he'll have something left for you.

Just for the record: Mekhatan is an alien bounty hunter of the Vuuldrok species (which was largely wiped out in an Exterminatus ordered by a Monodominant Inquisitor a little under 20 years ago), who was employed by Adivan's former teacher, and started working for Adivan after the teacher's death. His personal stats and such were largely rolled up on the Alien Bounty Hunter Table; I mostly selected the equipment based on what someone with Inquisitorial connections might be able to obtain. Anyway, his innate abilities include Elastic Limbs and Razor-Sharp Claws (very nasty for a four-armed guy). His equipment list is rather long, and includes:
Weaponry: an Assault Cannon (carried in his upper arms), Armoured gauntlet on lower hands that leave claws free, Needle Rifle (plus darts with a variety of tranquilisers and a few poisons), Hot-Shot Laspistol, Web Pistol.
Armour: A sort of very stripped-down power armour (it's still sealed, and it keeps the strength augmentation, but in terms of actual protection, it's on about the same level as Flak armour), and a Displacer Field.
Other stuff: An implanted Infjector for Combat drugs, normally filled with Spur; various gunsights on his weapons; half a dozen Hunter Skulls; two Cyber-Mastiffs (or maybe not - depends on whether there's any way in hell he could get any, being a Xeno, if one with Inquisitorial connections), some medical gear, and lots of Web Solvent.

Nope. Although, considering the opposition, I don't think it's that excessive.
EDIT: Although the psyker bit isn't exactly essential to the character, it's just something that ame up on the table. If it's considered excessive, I'd have no problems with removing it.
EDIT 2: Hell, considering the conventional weapons he has available, it probably is a bit over-the-top; consider it removed.
