Pretty good Lena. Is it cover art for a sci-fi novel somewhere?

No clue, really. My art collection is the product of about eight years of net collecting, and beyond the web addies on some images, I couldn't begin to tell you where I got a lot of 'em.
Pater could use some better lines. "I see you have served in the Imperial Guard," doesn't quite cut it.

Hah. Pater's only suffering from having a personality that seems equal to a piece of cardboard to people he doesn't know and having half his face missing. Ladies dig it.
Look Kissinger had women all over him and he didn't have an inquisitor's power or wealth. And it certainly wasn't looks and personality either.

Petrosjko wrote:Hey YB, did you check my image of Lillith? The hair color is left to the imagination, and I think it captures both her innocence and her lethalness.
It did...
she's niave, but emotionless to the point of being near sociopathic. (she's a priaha, so she doesn't have emotions herself, and thus feels no sense of compassion, etc.)

Dunno about the codexes, but there was nothing about the untouchables having no emotions in the Eisenhorn trilogy. They did tend to end up a little bent from being social outcasts.
Kinda, sensie can't feel negative emotions. Lillith being raised in a sisterhood orphanage has never felt positive emotions, so she really has no emotional background, except for doing what's expected of her.

I don't think I've ever seen a shadow pass over someone's eyes, Petro. Is that because of Mork erattically swinging his new toy and blocking out the light?
It's literary license! People are always telling me I'm supposed to be a writer, despite, my, serial, overuse, of, commas, and somewhat grammar unpolished, so I'm allowed to use the sophisticated tricks of the trade such as these. You can just read and be in awe of my m4d l33t writing skillz.
You may want to start conversations on subjects that don't involve people close to her dying.
On another note, the next Memoria story will be Severa as Chou is now finished. Like Hethor, he will guest star in the future.
